Fault indication: In normal operation, the window is displayed in white; when a short circuit or ground fault occurs, the window is displayed in red (or the indicator light flashes).
Automatic reset: The fault indicator will be automatically reset. The reset time can be selected by the customer according to the line environment, the length of the line, and department requirements.
Pressure Spring Type Overhead Line Fault Indicator With LED is installed on the 6-35KV transmission and distribution line to indicate the fault current circulation. This new type of fault indicator not only detects short-circuit faults and ground faults on the line, but also selects the flop or illuminate alarm by its own judgment. If the fault occurs at night, it chooses to illuminate the alarm; if the fault occurs during the day, it chooses the flop alarm. If the line fails, the line patrol personnel can quickly determine the fault zone and find the fault point by means of the red alarm display of the indicator, which greatly improves the work efficiency, shortens the power outage time, and effectively improves the reliability of the power supply. It can accurately judge the fault line and fault point, and has the characteristics of stable performance, high precision, anti-interference ability, beautiful appearance and convenient installation. It is not affected by line magnetizing inrush current, higher harmonics, current fluctuations, and cable distribution capacitor bypass.

■ Action principle
Grounding detection principle: the first half of the capacitor current at the sampling grounding moment and the first half of the voltage at the grounding instant, compare the phase, when the capacitance current at the sampling grounding moment is abrupt and larger than a certain value, and is in phase with the first half of the voltage at the grounding instant, At the same time, the voltage of the wire to the ground is lowered, and it is judged that the line is grounded, otherwise the line is not grounded.
Short circuit detection principle: According to the phenomenon of short circuit,the current break when short circuit happen, the action on the basis of the protection movement power outages.
